RZR 1000 XP4/RZR 1000 XP HIGHLIFT.2016 CLUTCH KIT

This clutch kit for the Polaris 1000 XP4 and the Highlifter edition. Polaris’ XP4 (4-seater) and Highlifter have lower gearing in their final drive, which is better suited for much larger tires. Such ATV’s have different shift requirements for optimum performance. This adjustable kit was designed for use in these vehicles and includes a flyweight designed for this type of application.

Improves acceleration, backshifting and belt performance. Its adjustability enables one to optimize clutch calibration for different tire sizes and conditions.

Kit includes Dalton’s patented ‘‘Quick Adjust’’ flyweight system that allows one to add or take off some of the weight from flyweights, this without removing the flyweight from drive clutch. The instruction manual includes a set up guide explaining how to tweak the kit for different tire sizes and expected operating conditions.
